Auditorium Repairs and Renovations Project Bid

Work includes auditorium facade renovations including new metal wall panel system, remove and replace existing storefront and furnish/install new backlit building signage.

The project consists of interior renovations, including but not limited to demolition, concrete, masonry, cold- form metal framing, glass and metal railings, drywall partitions, carpet and vinyl flooring, vinyl base, painting, acoustic wall panels, new fixed audience seating, and miscellanious patching and repairing.
