Provide architectural and engineering professional services to prepare engineering (PE), right-of-way acquisition services, and construction engineering services for the South Third Street - Oak Street tot Simpson Avenue project includes roadway improvements, pedestrian facilities, drainage improvements, and utility relocations as necessary. Improvements include sidewalks, street lighting, street amenities (landscaping, signage, etc.), and stormwater management systems.

Drainage Improvements. The scope of work for the project includes the construction of drainage improvements, including pipe, catch basins and manholes, on High Avenue and continuing south onto N Franklin Street. Concrete curb and concrete driveway aprons will be removed and replaced, and the road will be milled and paved. The limits will be marked in the field. Work consists of roadway improvements. The work consists of reconstruction of the existing road to a 4-lane roadway with continuous center turning lane, bike lanes, sidewalks, curb & gutters, storm drainage system, pavement markings and signage, upgraded traffic signalization, and roadway lighting.
