As-Needed Public Outreach, Community Engagement, and Graphic Design Services (RFQ)

City of Utica

Creative graphic designer, design firm or agency to create cohesive branding, signage and marketing materials for the recently-opened Utica Harbor. Through this RFP, the City is seeking to create a new logo for the Harbor to be used in for marketing purposes, including advertisements, posters, flyers, website, social media and letterhead, as well as on signage throughout the Harbor. Additionally, the City is seeking the design of a new permanent, placemaking sign at the entranceway to the Harbor on North Genesee Street.

Provide as-needed engineering design services: design - bridges; design - bridges: load rating; design - geotechnical; design - hydraulics i & ii; design - roadway; design - roadway: intermediate; design - traffic: capacity & geometric analysis'; design - traffic: pavement markings; surveying- road design.
