The Pleasant Valley Recreation and Park District (District) is soliciting proposals from qualified Architectural / Engineering Firms to provide architectural design services for the redesign and future remodel of the Freedom Center located within Freedom Park. The District seeks the selected firm to analyze the existing conditions of the building in conjunction with the current and future recreational usage and needs of the community to provide a reimagined and renovated facility.
