Arch Cape Fire Station Seismic Rehabilitation and Expansion (RFP)

Provide construction manager/general contractor (CM/GC) services for seismic strengthening of the Arch Cape Fire Station. The project scope includes seismic strengthening and expansion for the Arch Cape Fire Station. The building portion in scope consists of approx. 4,070 SF, singlestory, wood-framed building containing an apparatus bay and a mezzanine. The building was originally constructed in 2007. The intent is to strengthen the building to an Immediate Occupancy (Seismic Risk Category IV) seismic performance level. The project scope also includes approx. 4,000 SF, living quarters addition to the south side of the existing fire station and a new 1,500 SF vehicle storage building on the north west corner of the parcel.
