Three-year strategic plan that was developed considering the purpose of California's judicial branch and the mission of the judicial council. The court's strategic plan contains six strategic initiatives to support its mission and vision statements. Since the current plan is coming to an end in 2025, the court intends to develop a new three- year strategic plan that will align with the judicial branch's strategic plan. The court seeks a consultant with experience in judicial branch strategic planning that will assist the court with its strategic planning process.
