The scope of work is the addition of one permanent modular classroom building on an existing school campus. Scope of work also includes site upgrades, landscaping and trenching as necessary for required utilities serving project scope. Construction of classroom, and all structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, telecommunications, fire alarm, and fire protection work as necessary to meet the latest building code and DSA standards applicable.
