Alderwood Pickleball Courts

The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals as required by the Plans, Specifications, and Contract Documents for the above stated project. The general items of work to be done hereunder consist of: Construction of three (3) concrete pickleball courts. The work includes, but is not limited to, removal of turf and topsoil, import/export of soils, grading, concrete paving construction, court surfacing, drainage, and installation of fencing.
