The scope of work contained in this project is limited to the interior remodeling of the vacated medical offices. Removal and replacement of flooring and ceiling and the removal of the common wall between spaces. None of the life safety exiting requirements will be disturbed and the existing fire sprinkler system, medical, electrical, and plumbing systems will be altered to reflect the proposed wall changes.

The scope of work includes selective demolition, new interior finishes, and upgrades to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems. Additionally, the project will incorporate structural steel modifications to support new rooftop units (RTUs).
