Ainsworth Hall Telecom Equipment Rooms and Cabling

In general, the work consists of: the remodel of existing rooms and create new Telecommunication Equipment Rooms (TR) on multiple floors of Ainsworth Hall, a skilled nursing facility on the WDVA-King Campus. On the First Floor, Second Floor, Third Floor, and Fourth Floors a new TR will be established to provide space for both WDVA and outside vendor cabling and equipment. Adding a security fence in each room will provide separation and control access inside the room by outside vendors in each of the telecom rooms. Existing windows will be removed and infilled to match the exterior face brick cladding. New interior walls will be constructed to match the existing finish. Doors will be replaced as required to provide a secure space and to accommodate Access Control (e.g., Card Reader).
