AI Chatbot with Community Engagement (Request for Proposal)

Develop a robust AI-powered chatbot with integrated functionalities. This system is intended to transform how constituents interact with city services, enhancing accessibility, efficiency, and responsiveness. The scope of work for this project includes the design, development, integration, and deployment of the chatbot system, with the following detailed requirements: must be compatible on all major web browsers and with all devices, desktop and mobile. Seamless integration with the city's existing website and existing applications. Ensure product meets or exceeds all city's cybersecurity requirements at implementation and on-going, protecting customer and city data and equipment. Must have a method of escalation of AI chat communications to a direct conversation with city staff. Provides multi-lingual translation of customer questions and city responses in compliance. The city is willing to discuss alternatives on a case by case basis if integration is not possible with current systems. See attached files.
