Requires access to a comprehensive, historical fixed income securities database for corporate issuers and data regarding bond purchases and sales by insurance companies. This data will support regulatory, surveillance, and policy-making functions within the Commission. The data must be accessible through Wharton Research Data Services (WRDS) platform, via a secure, web-based research platform and be updated annually.
