Removal of all vegetation, including downed trees and limbs if any, on the property profiles/diagrams/photos as attached. Remove all vegetation, downed trees and limbs-make to a mowable state -not to exceed 3". Leave Mature Trees (See previous page) Mowing is from side-to-side and back-to-back. No damage to sidewalks, curbs, utilities, or neighboring property. Trim around trees and posts.
