A Fifty (50) Ton Split Cooling System To Be Installed At the Cookeville Converter Building

Install the fifty (50) ton split cooling system at the plant. Trane (or comparable brand) 50 ton system utilizing R-454 Refrigerant; Must include warranty: 5 year compressor, 1 year parts and labor. Bid must also include cost for the following: Discard and dispose of existing equipment. Flush copper linesets due to changing to new refrigerant. Connect back to existing ductwork, electrical circuit and refrigeration lines. Performance start and check of system after installation is completed. All equipment used in installation. Any electrical circuits that need to be replaced or repaired must be included.
