Furnishing and installation of a One-Span Composite Pre-stressed Concrete Adjacent Box Beam Superstructure over a tributary to Corey Creek with an overall length of 64.50 linear feet (0.065 miles), selective tree removal and other miscellaneous construction.

The project consists of replacement of the existing corrugated metal plate pipe arch culvert carrying sr 4010 over tributary to creek with approach roadway improvements. The proposed structure will be single span precast reinforced concrete box culvert with two 11 foot lanes and 4 foot shoulders. Other work includes roadway approach pavement reconstruction, guide rail replacement, ditch grading, e&s control measures, temporary traffic control, signing and pavement marking, structure removal, and other miscellaneous construction work.
