60 Month Maintenance for 36 Copiers and Fax Machines

The contractor shall provide maintenance agreement for 31 copiers and 5 fax machines for (0 to 5,000) copies per month for the machines, located at the address listed above. This monthly rate shall represent total cost of service, repairs, shipping, and consumables. The numbers of machines shall remain flexible depending on our requirements. This shall allow for adjustments and modifications to be made as necessary to ensure that the contract effectively addresses our needs.
