The surface area will need dirt and debris removed. All cracks blown out and filled then two coats of sealer applied. Quote #1: lane to big house and parking areas - asphalt repair, sealing and restriping; approx. 49,000 sf; clean surface area to be seal coated with forced air removing dirt and debris. Fill all cracks 1/4" and larger with hot rubber crack fill. Apply 2 coats of sealer to all surfaces with 3lbs of sand added per gallon of sealer for traction. Restrip. Quote #2: lane to visitor center asphalt repair, sealing and restriping: approx. 29,000 sf. Clean surface area to be seal coated with forced air removing dirt and debris. Fill all cracks 1/4 and larger with hot rubber crack fill. Apply 2 coats of sealer to all surfaces with 3lbs of sand added per gallon of sealer for traction. Restripe.

Scope of work: 60 thousand feet of pavement crack sealing throughout the entire park, as well as 2tons worth of asphalt patching using washed #9 stone. Cracks must be blown out before sealed. Patches need to be rolled after material is applied.
