Coffee Road Roadway, Drainage, and Utility Improvements Project. Work includes demolition, site grading, installation of storm drainage and water/wastewater utilities, roadway reconstruction, paving, striping, and associated traffic control includes 1,763 LF 24" class III RCP, 2 EA 4 foot diameter precast concrete manhole, 20 LF 6" DR-25 PVC fire line (incl. all reqd. fittings, restraints, and adapters), 3,150 LF 12" DR-25 PVC waterline (incl. all reqd. fittings, restraints, and adapters), 1,045 LF 12' SDR-35 PVC sanitary sewer line 0-8 foot depht, 20 LF 20" open cut steel casing.
Borough of Highlands
Installing an 8" PVC pipe across Borough property from an existing open-ended pipe adjacent to 37 Twinlights Terrace, routing it overland, and then beneath the proposed retaining wall along South Peak Street, ultimately teeing into the existing drainage system. The intent is to improve stormwater management and connectivity with current infrastructure.
