Work consists of the demolition of 5487 sullivan road that includes a 1,488 square foot house and two 250 square foot sheds. The project also includes the removal of multiple vehicles and various rubbish and debris, including pallets, tires, household appliances, etc. Relevant local, state, and federal requirements regarding the abatement of hazardous materials, includes asbestos, will apply.

Work includes demolition of post road parcels 57 and 76. Demolition of improvements, structures, or other encumbrances in the right of way and/or easement areas for the scope of services.
