300 SP Mississinewa Lake Water & Wastewater Preventative Maintenance Services (RFQ)

Provide preventative maintenance services for water & wastewater systems. This preventative maintenance services program shall include the systematic inspections, service, repair, part replacements, call-back service, testing, cleaning and adjustments, as specified herein, to maintain all water and wastewater equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications, industry standards, building codes, and state expectations. This includes, but is not limited to, controls (scada if installed), disinfection equipment including uv and chlorination systems, water and wastewater treatment plants (if present), lift stations, booster stations, wet well systems, water storage systems, flow meters, isolation valves, collection and distribution systems, including back flow preventers, air release devices, and all appurtenances related to these systems.
