Borough of Pine Beach

The Borough's Affordable Housing Counsel may be an individually licensed attorney or law firm with a significant background in addressing affordable housing issues, including addressing issues presented by the Borough's Director of Law, 5 Planner, Administrative Agent and Affordable Housing Liaison before the New Jersey Council on Affordable Housing or in Superior Court on affordable housing matters. Such representation shall include, but not be limited to the formulation, enforcement and/or defense of the Borough Affordable HousingPlans, deeds and other affordable housing regulations.

Township of Harrison

Professional Services of a Municipal Planner for Matters Related To Affordable Housing.

Township of Eastampton

Township planner: The Township Planner shall either be a member of or employed by a firm of a Professional Planner licensed in the State of New Jersey with at least eight (8) years’ experience all aspects of municipal planning including extensive work with and knowledge of the MLUL, COAH and consulting with respect to drafting, and revising Master Plans, COAH Housing Elements and Fair Share Plans, Redevelopment Planning, and Strategic and Functional Land Use Planning.
