New Hampshire Department of Justice
Seeking proposals for the 2026 partnering for a future without violence conference. This conference will consist of an advanced two-day training and the agency anticipates approx 525 professionals including judges, law enforcement officers, attorneys, victim advocates, child protection workers, adult protective workers, treatment providers, medical professionals and educators will attend. The services sought include facility space, parking accommodations, audio-visual equipment and support services, food/beverage and overnight lodging.
Minnesota Pollution Control Agency
Purchase: conference facilities for Type IV Basic. Includes room rental, catering, AV equipment rental and lodging. Conference Date: April 14, 2026 - April 16, 2026.
Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities
Consultant-led update of the Statewide Freight Plan in compliance with 49 U.S.C. § 70202. The plan will develop and implement a public involvement plan, with an emphasis on collaboration between public and private stakeholders, develop a comprehensive freight plan that addresses current and future freight transportation needs, conduct quantitative freight demand forecasting to support infrastructure and policy decisions, identify and prioritize key infrastructure improvements and policy recommendations. The plan will also include two appendices: a Waterways Plan and a Truck Parking Study.

Provide meeting space to accommodate between 200-300 attendees for the 2026 Mediators’ Convention to be held on June 24, 2026.
