2026 RFP - Bond Underwriting Services

Atlanta City Housing Authority

Seeks to enter a contract with a qualified Service Provider(s) to provide Municipal Housing Bond Underwriting/Investment Bankers or Institutions to establish new pools from which AH will select the qualified firms. The Service Provider(s) shall provide or serve as senior, co-senior-manager and co-managing underwriters with respect to the issuance of certain bonds.

Underwriting services to add firms interested in serving as senior manager and/or co-manager for one or more proposed TDHCA single family mortgage revenue bond issues, beginning in fiscal year 2026.

Somerset County

Furnish and deliver underwriting services for the purpose of issuing notes and bonds throughout the course of 2026 for the county.
