2026 Professional Services - Affordable Housing Attorney (RFP)

The Borough's Affordable Housing Counsel may be an individually licensed attorney or law firm with a significant background in addressing affordable housing issues, including addressing issues presented by the Borough's Director of Law, 5 Planner, Administrative Agent and Affordable Housing Liaison before the New Jersey Council on Affordable Housing or in Superior Court on affordable housing matters. Such representation shall include, but not be limited to the formulation, enforcement and/or defense of the Borough Affordable HousingPlans, deeds and other affordable housing regulations.
