2026 Municipal Bond Counsel (RFP)

Township of Florence

Township Bond Counsel: The Township Bond Counsel shall be a New Jersey licensed firm of attorneys with at least ten (10) years’ experience as a municipal bond counsel with experience in bond law, arbitrage rules, and experience with municipal bond rating organizations. The individual attorney selected shall have been admitted to the bar for at least ten (10) years and have six (6) years’ experience as the appointed municipal bond counsel.

Township of Eastampton

Bond Counsel must have at least ten (10) years prior experience in tax law, securities law and state law and at least ten (10) years prior experience representing municipalities in connection with the approval of bond ordinances and the issuance of municipal bonds and/or notes. Counsel must maintain a bona fide office in the State of New Jersey.
