2026 Labor Counsel Services (Request for Qualifications)

Township is seeking legal support for a law firm with substantial experience in Labor and Employment Law. Among the areas of legal representation sought by the City are negotiation of labor contracts, e) prosecution of employee disciplinary charges, 3) defense of the City in employment discrimination lawsuits, and 4) providing legal advice on issues concerning labor and employment law. Counsel will have a close working relationship with the City’s Law Department.
