Complete a comprehensive county facilities and space needs assessment. This plan will evaluate current facility conditions, space utilization, and project future needs, identifying improvement, consolidation, or new construction opportunities. Jefferson County

Provide professional jail assessment services for the development of a plan for inmate housing and jail operations for changes in the demographics of criminal charges in county.

Darke County

Owner is seeking proposals for consultant services from qualified criminal justice consulting firms that possess knowledge, skills, and experience in pre-architectural jail planning to conduct a comprehensive jail needs assessment study including the phases listed herein to evaluate the expansion of the existing County Jail in comparison with a new County Jail and Sheriff's Office facility.
