Powell Blvd. Extension Project in Flagstaff, AZ. The CMAR will coordinate with the design professional to finalize design, develop GMP(s), and deliver approximately 4,300 feet of new roadway and related utility and bike/pedestrian infrastructure.

Town of Gilbert

The Town of Gilbert, Arizona, seeks qualified Architecture/Engineering firms for a Construction Manager at Risk project involving the design and construction of phases 2 and 3 of the Advocacy Center adjacent to the Public Safety Complex. Phase 2 includes a 31,000 sq ft building for police and support functions, while Phase 3 involves a 6,000 sq ft multipurpose space.
