Replacement of an Operating Room Air Handler Unit (AHU). The work includes the replacement of air handling units AHU-B3 and AHU-C3, which serve the Operating Rooms on the 2nd floor of the Hospital. The scope also includes the ancillary electrical, structural and architectural work.

Forest Hills School District

Natatorium AHU Replacement.

Montebello Unified School District

Replacement of linoleum flooring in both the boy's and girl's locker room restrooms. Toilets and partitions will have to be removed and replaced for the install of the new flooring. The work is to be done during the Fall Recess November 21-30, 2025
