The project includes site preparation, grading, paving, and associated improvements to expand the existing parking facilities at park.

Village of Carpentersville

The proposed improvements will consist of various demolition of existing on-site materials (per plan), minor mass grading adjustments, underground utility improvements, HMA pavement construction, curb and gutter, hardscape improvements, architectural building structures - restroom, pavilion, kitchen/concession building, permanent site restoration and all other incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the project.
