Project tasks shall include, but are not limited to Condition surveys of pavement, sidewalks, and alleyways in accordance with American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) D6433 and related standards, Collection of PCI, International Roughness Index (IRI), and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance data, with structural testing where required, Delivery of GIS-compatible datasets with photographic documentation, Updates to the PMP with deterioration modeling, LCCA, prioritized project lists, and a five-year financial plan, Presentations to the Active Transportation & Infrastructure Commission, City Council, and the community, Preparation of a Safety Plan, Data Security Plan, and compliance with environmental regulations, Incident reporting within 24 hours and full Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) documentation.

Provide consulting services for a comprehensive facilities condition assessment. Professional consulting services related to the collection of facility systems asset information, condition, typical life cycle, expected remaining useful life, and project short and long-term repair and replacement costs. Additionally, the assessment shall include condition index ratings at both building and system levels.
