2025 Chip Oil Procurement (NTB)

Project consists of procurement and delivery of chip seal oil (LMCRS-2), fog coat emulsion (CSS-1H), and DuraPatch emulsion (CRS-2A). 426 TON of LMCRS-2 Emulsion; 116 TON of CSS-1H Emusion, assumed for fog seal application; 64 TON of CRS-2A emulsion for asphalt pothole filler (DuraPatch).
