2025-2027 Open Ended Design Services

The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is seeking proposals for Open Ended Design Services for the 2025-2027 period. The services required include various disciplines such as Abatement, Architecture, Commissioning MEP, Electrical Engineering, GeoTech, Landscape Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, Roofing Engineering, and Structural Engineering. Each project under this solicitation will have a budget not exceeding $500,000 and will be awarded on an as-needed basis. Proposers must be licensed in the State of North Carolina. The submission deadline is August 30, 2024, at 12:00 PM.
