Fredonia School District

Rooftop HVAC equipment & exterior wall restoration. Project consists of alteration to the main campus, primary school and maintenance building within the school district. Main campus: replacement of interior classroom flooring and track resurfacing. Wheelock Primary School: roof recovering, mechanical systems replacement including miscellaneous electrical & plumbing and ADA-compliant playground equipment and surfacing. Maintenance building: exterior wall facade repair, roof ladder, roof recovering. Multiple contract project consisting of the following prime contracts: Contract 106 - General trades, Contract 123 - HVAC, Contract 126 - Electrical.

Waterville Central School District

The project includes a General Construction Contract for reconstruction work associated with the 2025/2026 Capital Outlay Project at the Elementary School for Owner.
