To create homeownership opportunities for households with incomes up to 120% of area median income (“AMI”). Seeks development partners to build workforce homeownership housing on vacant parcels at 139 E. Clearfield, Abbottsford Homes and 1400-20 N 8th Street for a minimum of sixty-six (66) units between the three (3) sites. These homeownership opportunities are for households with incomes up to 120% AMI. 139 E. Clearfield is approx. a 20-minute drive to Center City or a 35-minute ride via SEPTA. As part of this project, a total of thirteen (13) units shall be vertically constructed, which will be comprised of thirteen (13) three-bedroom townhomes with basements of approx. 1,400 SF.

The Turnkey Affordable Homeownership Program was created to (i) help address the need for low to moderate income homeownership opportunities in the State, and (ii) streamline the process for the development of low to moderate income homes that will be deed-restricted by RIHousing. The Turnkey Program will provide financing to developers of for-sale units to homebuyers upon project completion.
Wisconsin Department of Children and Families
Perform title IV-E eligibility recommendation services for foster care, Adoption Assistance (AA) and Subsidized Guardianship (SG) programs. Perform licensing and caregiver background check verification, audit support and data entry into the eWiSACWIS system. Provide Supplemental Security Income (SSI) advocacy services for children in court ordered out of home care. Provide oversight of Child Support Trust Funds for children in out of home care. Provide administrative support services to Child Welfare, Adoption Assistance, and Interstate Compact for the Placement of Children programs. The anticipated contract start date is October 1, 2026, and shall continue through December 31, 2032, which includes a three-month transition (October, November and December). All direct services must begin January 1, 2027. By mutual agreement of DCF and the Contractor, the contract may be renewed up to 2 additional 1-year periods and shall be subject to satisfactory performance and continued availability of funds.
