Requirement for laboratory casework for the renovation of the pathology and laboratory. The contractor shall: Coordinate and provide project management of all products and services to manage, verify design, order, ship, deliver and install new casework from the manufacturer until final acceptance by the Contracting Officer Representative (COR)/ VA Point of Contact. Contractor is required to have on site staff supervisor with OSHA 10 certification. Contractor is required to completely install all casework and associated components and accessories. The scope of work for Building 7 will include asbestos abatement, interior demolition, removal and replacement of existing windows and storefront, masonry repairs, interior construction, new interior finishes, finish carpentry, built-in casework, selective plumbing demolition, installation of new plumbing fixtures, domestic water piping distribution, complete bathroom and toilet room updates, fire protection system improvements, HVAC instrumentation and controls, electrical service and distribution, interior lighting, electrical connections to equipment, communication, security as well as fire alarm system improvements.
