The IFB includes construction work per plans/specs dated Oct. 9, 2025, with 180 days to substantial completion, eVA registration requirements, potential bid bond over $500,000, and a Small Business Procurement Plan.

Provide boiler improvements to Sutton elementary school. The Base Bid includes replacement of three (3) circulation pumps, installation of one new three-way valve, and upgrading the existing pneumatic boiler controls to Siemens DDC controls, including all associated temperature controls and components required for full functionality. Work also includes all miscellaneous parts, fittings, wiring, and accessories required for a complete and operational boiler system improvement. One Additive Alternate is included: Replace the existing day tank with a new unit matching the specifications of the existing system.
