The meeting addressed several agenda items, including the approval of the consent agenda which covered the October 2025 Payment of Claims and payments for Parkhill invoices related to engineering services. Key discussions included the Enterprise Master Services Lease Purchase Option Agreement, which involved detailed explanation of the program costs and vehicle replacement schedules. The Council awarded the library roof replacement contract. Reports covered monthly financial updates, the City Mayor's commendation for the local Buccaneers football team, and a written report from the City Attorney. New business included the approval of longevity checks for City employees and Christmas bonuses for all full-time and part-time employees. The Council discussed scheduling special budget work sessions for the upcoming year and approved the new Fire and Ambulance Rate Ordinance. Reports were given on street repairs and a new police officer was introduced. The council also discussed recent storms.
