The National Park Service (Department of the Interior) issued solicitation 140PS126R0001 for a Multiple Award IDIQ for Professional Fire Protection engineering and related facility management services to support DOI/NPS locations nationwide. The solicitation is a Total Small Business set-aside under NAICS 541330 with an estimated $5,000,000 ceiling per contract, a five-year period of performance (May 1, 2026-April 30, 2031), and specific submission/QUESTION deadlines in April 2026. Phase I submissions and final proposal deadlines are in April 2026 (questions due April 16, Phase I due April 20, final proposals due April 23, 2026).

Replacement of the bearings and end shafts of four (4) westech aerotors (train #1 through train #4) and to make the aerotor systems operational. Provide and replace the bearings on both sides of the center shaft of the 4 aerotors. This shall include all mounting hardware and fasteners necessary to secure the bearings. The gap of the bearings shall be installed as per westech specifications. Provide and inspect the end shaft on both sides of the center shaft of the 4 aerotors. Upon inspection, it will be determined by the contractor, cor and the plant operations supervisor whether the end shaft shall be replaced. If deemed necessary, the contractor shall replace the end shafts. In the case that the existing end shafts are deemed adequate and not needed to be replaced, the contractor will turn over the end shafts to the cor. This replacement shall include all mounting hardware and fasteners necessary to secure the end-shafts. The end shafts shall be installed as per westech specifications.
