The agenda includes consideration and approval or rejection of various financial statements and minutes from January, February, and March 2025. It also involves updates on the health of the water system, the Hochatown highway project, and the Choctaw Nation-OWRB grant project, as well as discussion on a leak detector. Further discussion will address the retirement, resignation, and/or employment of Debbie Prise, a potential executive session with legal counsel, changes to bank account signatures, and obtaining a .gov email address. Legal matters, including the status of small claims against North Central Services, will be reviewed, along with a proposal to increase water rates by 3% for 2025 and changes to service fees, including possible rate changes due to the expiration of RG3 meter warranties.
