Board meetings and strategic plans from Everett City Clerk
The Planning Board meeting will include public hearings for several site plan reviews and an inclusionary zoning matter. Site plan reviews include a 591-unit residential complex with retail space at 35-45 Garvey St, redevelopment of a multi-story building at 166-172 School St/4-6 Norwood St, a 9-unit residential building at 983 Broadway, and an interior renovation project at 810 Broadway. The meeting will also cover an approval not required plan for 14 Harding St, and discuss the process for online meetings.
The Planning Board meeting will include site plan reviews for a residential building at 110 Tremont St, a mixed-use building at 178-180 Elm St, and minor modifications to previously approved plans at 302 Broadway and 85/87 and 119 (110 Boston St. The meeting will also cover June 22, 2020 meeting minutes, staff communications, and the next meeting date.
The Planning Board meeting will include continued discussion on several items from previous meetings: a mixed-use property proposal with approximately 350 housing units and retail space; a transit-oriented development with 800 residential units and commercial space; the redevelopment of a warehouse into a last-mile distribution warehouse; and the redevelopment of a single-family house into a six-unit residential building. New business includes an application to divide a parcel into two lots. Meeting minutes and staff communications will also be addressed.
