The committee reviewed and recommended the approval of submittals for Federal Transit Administration grant applications and the adoption of resolutions concerning amendments to the 2025 Regional Transportation Improvement Program. Additionally, the committee received an informational update on the ongoing Transit Fare Change Study and engaged in a discussion regarding the proposed Cycle 8 Regional Active Transportation Program Call for Projects. The session also included an update on Caltrans projects scheduled for construction in 2026.

The Board of Directors held a workshop divided into four parts. The sessions included a fireside chat on external forces and strategic positioning, an overview of the TransNet Program's history, funding, and outcomes, subregional roundtable discussions regarding specific community projects, and department-specific dialogues between board members and agency directors. The meeting also included an organizational leadership strategy discussion during dinner.
