The Community College of Philadelphia Technology Plan 2021-2025 aims to establish technology guidelines, prioritize technology goals, and outline action steps to guide the college's technological advancement from 2021 to 2025. The plan focuses on seven major technology elements: policies, guidelines, and standards; professional development; emerging technologies; electronic workflows; administrative systems; infrastructure and data security; and data reporting. Six technology goals support the college's strategic pillars: student experience, workforce development, community relations, world-class facilities, fiscal stability and sustainability, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. The plan includes recommendations for technological improvements across various departments and initiatives to enhance teaching, learning, and administrative efficiency. The ultimate goal is to increase credit and non-credit enrollment by 20%, double the graduation rate, and double the number of opportunities for students to enroll in career programs leading to employment.
