The state of Georgia currently lacks an enterprisewide manager supervisor training program, and recommendations from the study include designing a pre-management and management training program with a focus on critical soft skills, managing remote workforces, and team leadership.

The council received updates on the Flexible Benefits Program Request for Proposals (RFPs), noting that bids would be received in early April, with final evaluations in May 2024 and implementation on January 1, 2025. An update on the Eligibility and Enrollment System and Services Contract with Alight was also provided, highlighting the contract's history, revisions, and renewal options. A presentation on Open Enrollment Metrics for Plan Year 2024 detailed the enrollment process, marketing efforts, and participation numbers. New plan options with Voya were also discussed.
